Take pictures in case they are needed later before you attempt to clean anymore because it is not your responsibility to have to clean up their mess. If the plasterers don't send someone to unstop your drain, you have the right to call someone to do it for you and send the plaster company the bill. It will likely have already set up and require a bit-type worm used by sewer drains, so it's not going to be easy. Take pictures of the cause (the plaster 'debris',) and get written comfirmation from the builders. Present this evidence to the plastering firm... if they ignore you, go to the small claims court. You are almost certain to win and get back the costs you incurred. If that fails then you should call your water board (depending on which area you live) and say you got and external blocked drain in front of your house. I am assuming you mean the drain in the road outside your property.
